Saturday nights spent watching the Breakfast Club inspire me to experiment.
I made some steak with salt, pepper, garlic power, onion powder then toss on a can of tomato sauce. In the pan I threw in a sliced red pepper, fresh basil and some button mushrooms.
While that was a bakin’ I made some cauliflower rice. I took a head of cauliflower and put it through the food processor. I sauteed some garlic and onion in coconut oil until they were fragrant. Once that happened, I tossed in all the cauliflower and mixed it up. I covered it on low-medium and let the cauliflower soften (mixing it up every once in a while). When the cauliflower was almost there I tossed in some fresh basil and pepper. Luckily, my steak finished a few minutes before my rice was done, so I took three slices of the red pepper that cooked with the steak and mixed those into the rice.
