Now this is what I call breakfast planning. My smoothie protein is running low so I had to make something for the week.
I followed Paleomg’s recipe and just made sure to add in some more – aka mushrooms. I’ve made so many egg casseroles, egg cups, etc..but this was fun because the meat became the crust (literally a genius idea).
Feel free to add as much veggies as you’d like and add hot sauce/avocado!
