Pumpkin Morning Shake

What a solid change up in the smoothie department! Click the link the picture to see the recipe, I semi-followed.  I didn’t have vanilla – so I used a bit extra syrup and a tiny scoop to honey to sweeten it. I added a bit more pumpkin than required and added in a teaspoon of almond butter to thicken it up.

I also didn’t have all spice, so I added a bit more nutmeg and cinnamon. I skipped the cloves and ginger all together (who has those on hand when you are just whipping something up on a whim on a Wednesday morning?). I used a normal full banana and jsut added in a small cup of crushed ice.

Blend. Eat/drink. Enjoy!
