This is by far one of my favorite things to make.Super easy and even if you don’t have the fresh herbs it requires you can use spices from your cabinet to replace them. The mayo is really easy to make too and makes me anxious to buy an immersion blender ASAP.
One thing to note: I used Wholefoods skinless boneless thighs because I believe that they hold way more flavor. I ate this by itself with a fresh avocado (diced up) for lunch and a snack!
