So last night I had some extra time (this happens when you take a month off from drinking and are in your mid-twenties) and I decided to make two of of my favorite paleOMG recipes. Let’s start with the Bacon & Chive Sweet Potato Biscuits. My only tip on these is that they take a little bit longer than normal to make so get these going a bit earlier. Otherwise, I followed the recipe to a T.
The next piece of the meal I have made a handful of times and I would suggest following the recipe as well. These are easy, quick and delicious. The only difference is my mixture only had 12 turkey meatballs not 18 – but hey, my ice cream scoop must be just a tad bit bigger. Check out the recipe here.
