BLT gone Paleo


Well I am officially obsessed with my spiralizer and this was the PERFECT Friday night quick and easy treat.  If you click on the picture you will be taken to inspiralized – my latest stalking blog full of ways to make vegetables into noodles.  For this EXACT recipe click here.  My changes – I obviously made more Bacon (it was about 5 strips from wholefoods -man that ish is good).  I decided up one regular tomato since I didn’t have cherry tomatoes and for the Kale I had baby Kale so I just grabbed a few handfuls and ripped them up.

Late but not least I added in half an avocado toward the end – delicious!
