Cilantro-Lime Shrimp


A great quick dinner. I had some frozen shrimp that I defrosted in a the microwave for about 4 minutes then just tossed in hot water to break off the ice.  I followed this recipe almost exactly (click the picture for the recipe).

I made this shrimp and put it on top of a salad I whipped together – shrimp, tomato and some avocado.

You don’t even need dressing since the shrimp has so much flavor! Eat it up!
