Eggless Breakfast

This is breakfast done right.

Last week I was sick of eggs and couldn’t even bring myself to prep some-sort of egg breakfast. So instead I went with a summer meatloaf that went perfectly with 1/2 an avocado and a side of fruit.  I had one or two slices of this every morning and it was perfect. It held me over until around 1 PM which is perfect when you WOD ridiculously late (aka 7 PM) and eat dinner after.

You get protein, veggies, good fats from the avocado and some fruit on the side to make it feel more like morning!

What do you think? Can you guys give up eggs – even for one week?
