The best part about the warmer weather is that the grill can be turned at any given moment. This meal is the best example. I tossed a burger on the grill and went to work. I made 2 slices of bacon, found some giant pieces of romaine lettuce (this was my “bun”) and cut up an avocado.
I did exactly what you see to the left: I used the lettuce as a bun, tossed my medium-rare burger on it, put the avocado on top and added the bacon!
My side dish: I used coconut oil, some mushrooms and asparagus. I sauteed it all together until the asparagus was soft but not mushy.
There ya go a super quick dinner.
