Breakfast Sandwich

2015/01/img_8487.pngSometimes a girl just wants a breakfast sandwich on the third day of her Whole 30 challenge.  Sometimes that girl just gets creative and makes the classic Red Pepper Bread sandwich and eats it to so fast its borderline impressive.

This post is to remind you all to get creative! Cut the red pepper in half length-wise and make a sandwich! Inside of egg, bacon and spinach throw in some avocado, turkey and bacon, or ham, turkey, salami and make your own Italian sub!

This is one to my go-to’s and I hope it becomes one of yours.

* Note: I stole this idea from some stranger at a crossfit competition two and a half years ago. I cannot take full credit.
