Paleo Breakfast Burritos

2015/01/img_8527.jpgSo it happened, I started gagging when I was just eating eggs. I didn’t think that was possible but after a lot of eggs being consumed and the same thing everyday, I needed a switch.  This creation did just that!

I followed this recipe-ish – that yes, I found on pinterest. I just tweaked this recipe solely for what I had and it was GREAT! For veggies, I used bell pepper, spinach, tomato and cilantro in the eggs.  I also had to use 2 slices of ham per burrito.

Use it! Make it! Eat It!
