Another switch for the typical breakfast. A fun way to incorporate eggs without eating them plainly. You still get the great protein with veggies and it taste a little different. Avocado and lemon combo make for the best breakfast dressing there is!
My few switches:
– I made my sausage breakfast meatballs from Jimmy Dean Sage flavors.
– I used 3 hard-boiled eggs.
– 1 large tomato diced up
– I did not follow the recipe super closely in terms of measurements since I was making enough for just 1 serving!
